Cinder Revenue Company ("Cinder", "we", "us") is a Colorado business that builds and runs lead response and follow-up systems for contractors. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you fill out a form, book a call or email us: your name, company, email address, phone number, website and anything you write in your message.
- Booking details. When you book a call through our scheduling page, the time you choose and the details you enter there.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and working. We don't use advertising cookies or sell tracking data.
How we use it
- To reply to you, schedule and prepare for calls, and deliver services you've asked for.
- To send you information related to your inquiry, such as an audit summary, proposal or agreement.
- To run our business: keeping records, billing clients and meeting legal obligations.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your inquiry, appointments and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver the messages for us.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example website hosting, our database, scheduling, email and text message delivery, and payment processing), and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Our clients' customers
When we build a system for a contractor, the leads and customer conversations it handles belong to that contractor. We process them on the contractor's behalf, only to run their system, and we don't use them for our own marketing. If you were contacted by a business that uses a Cinder system, please contact that business about your information.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and then delete or anonymize it. Client records are kept as long as needed for the engagement and for tax and legal requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing cinderrevenuecompany@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
